At Walnut Avenue Dentistry the health and well-being of our patients, employees, and our community is our Top Priority. We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) and we are committed to being responsive to the needs of our patients as the situation evolves.
During the reminder texts to patients, we will ask all patients to fill out a wellness form, before coming into the practice, to ensure the good health of all patients visiting us. The form simply asks about any symptoms you are having- cough, fever, shortness of breath, or contact with anyone with
Covod-19 in the last 7 days. Patients having any symptoms will be asked to reschedule with us at a later date.
Parking Lot Waiting Rooms
One thing we are implementing to ease the concerns of our patients and team & adhere to social distancing guidelines- We ask that you Text us once you have arrived. Please wait in your parked car & we will notify you by Text when we are ready to see you. Patients will get a text reminder regarding your appointment, and you can simply reply to the texts from our office.
We would like to reassure you that although we already utilize standard disease control precautions as outlined by the CDC & we are currently exceeding these precautions to further help prevent the spread of this virus and maintain a safe environment for you.
At this time, our office remains open for your Dental needs and emergencies as they may arise. We will be listening to the recommendations of local and state health authorities, and we will advise you of any changes to our schedule. We plan to be back serving patients on Tuesday, April 7th, 2020.
